After several trials chicken curry, ratatouille, leeks, zucchini, fried rice, beef bourguignon, veal with carrots etc etc as cooking different dishes without having understood the job since in English mode, all my dishes were super successful, very soft and the meat melting. Example zucchini fondue in record time, in one dish and without excessive handling: function jumped to blondir your onions and to throw your zucchini, it fristouille in no time! you stir 2 to three times color the entire history you can even add some tomatoes (fresh or canned) and after stopping the program "skipped", switches the function "steam" (steam) for 8 minutes ( easily program). 8 minutes later, it's ready ........ and it keeps warm until meal. Awesome device that has earned its place beside my Thermomix on my work plan. No need to make room in the closet because it serves almost every meal. I highly recommend it.
