It is now twice that I write to inform you that this device has failed and is unusable since December 2013. Purchased April 27, 2013, I think it is under warranty (1 year ?? ). Stopping the Bluetooth seems obviously have to be supported by this warranty, especially as the device charges and seems a priori ready for normal operation. This failure has made progressively more and more difficult to connect to the phone. My emails were ineffective from the seller, I even got on the phone and assured me that the problem was being processed (it is now over a month). So .... probably is expected on April 27 to tell me that the warranty period has expired. In the hope that you will intervene, Sincerely / André Khayat
