I just received at Atten 858D + Hot Air Rework Station Direct From China. When I plugged it in and switched on it what Completely dead - no display or any activity. On taking the front panel off I found did the power input socket had been mis-wired mains active and what tied directly to the exposed metallic parts of the heat gun.

In short: As tempting as the offer for the price - I would take care not to relate anything from the manufacturer ... Better a few more have at another manufacturer and not worry about their own lives.
