Actually no surprise that the latest cheap compilation of Boney M. again is disappointing. "Hit Collection" is nothing more than the in 1995 published compilation "Sunny". Whether one has taken the trouble of remastering, I doubt it. A "Hit Collection" is not the CD definitely. Who needs a Boney M.-compilation without "Daddy Cool" and "Rivers of Babylon"? The most annoying but but on this CD is still that was once cut back everywhere and the bungling abridged versions from the 1984 album accident "Kalimba de Luna" were taken. "Children Of Paradise" runs grad times 2:50. And even at first glance, long versions of "Happy Song" and "Kalimba de Luna (US Remix)" are not genuine Maxi versions, but also shortened. When finally comes a time Boney-M-compilation that worth?
