This pillow I bought because it was the only one that I've found, covering the shoulders. A small problem for me is that this cushion is a bit small and cramped neck. Maybe it should here be 2 sizes (for very slender and somewhat stronger people). Nevertheless, one can use the pillow, you would not necessarily close, the heat is ok and it can also be moved over his shoulder. The temperature should I even chokes after a while.
