Single Player:
- Story Ezio: Not really exciting, fragmentarily, patchy and very linear. That was already one of the great problems of the first part. Despite all these shortcomings, I must say that it is well told and well implemented ... at least initially. From the middle of everything follows familiar patterns again. One can only really bad "empathize" total, cheer (I wonder what pasiert next? Is X really a traitor?) Is just as little possible because it is the story simply lacks depth.
- Desmond Story: Slow, you can sense where the rabbit will go. But what is happening around Desmond moves in this part very much off, if only because it takes him only for three or four medium-short scenes. Well, there is indeed less Animus outs, but suffers the "real" story. But it is interesting that now the conspiracy to WTF - merges history ... see what is it?!. Unfortunately - and something I hate - the story is' simply interrupted by a mysterious action Desmond at the end. 100% open end, any possibilities for speculation.
- Graphics: Toll ... I need on my part really barely. Very good implementation of the historic buildings, very different areas. It is really worth it, Just to stroll through the streets ...
Only parts of the outer areas would have a little more "pep" tolerated.
- Sound: The soundtrack is great and also very appropriate, depending on the situation. The noise of the city and also the sounds of battle had melhor.
- Control: Yeah ... well one of the contaminated sites. Although significantly more fluid than in Part 1, but still not ideal - at least not for the actions that require the game. This quite often leads to quite a lot of frustration. Particularly annoying: If you messed with one stupid mistake the 100% synchronization or again swings into Nirvana or once again missed the jump on the enemy or be catapulted to the many chases over and over again in the wrong direction. In MP is an absolute fun Killer. Also, if the almost ironic sounds in this game - it still lacks freedom of movement and acrobatic finesse. The flow of the game it bothers but rarely, you just have to watch something and are determined by the control.
The combat controls are intuitive and easy to internalize, but the targeting is absolutely useless. This can / should really only use melee. If you want to detect a objective to be pursued and pursue so you can pack it.
In addition, one must always cancel the selection when a target is somewhat removed, since otherwise one can move at a snail's pace on it.
- Camera: The camera in conjunction with the target acquisition is very terrible. Every now and then folds but also without having to use, for example. If you move under trees, roofs or close to walls. In the fight against multiple opponents, the viewing angle is partially also not ideal. But otherwise ok.
- Difficulty: Well, here you have a little sloppy. The game, and the battles are much too simple. If you know when to dodge instead to counter, even an entire enemy army is very fast in the dust, because once one has countered or killed an enemy, you can simply switch off with one click the next. And then the next opponent. And the neighbor. Even with the hidden blade you can now attack normally. And as if all this were not enough, there is now even a one-shot-kill crossbow and an equally deadly gun, also you can now attack multiple enemies with throwing knives. And for all those long-range weapons there also massive ammunition. Oh ... you can even up to 15 Medizinfläschen carry with you if you should be times shortly before the death but. Fights are therefore not at all a challenge and from the initial enthusiasm will eventually get bored.
... Did I mention that you can when needed also can summon up to six helpers?
If one should even "die", then it is because of a desynchronization, because you do not meet the strict emission requirements, or simply failed to control.
The conditions for 100% synchronicity are also partially so fun braking and annoying found that I have at some point considered garnichtmehr.
- Innovations: The enlarged arsenal is - if you leave the matter of the difficulty aside - very well done and it's fun to use all the gadgets. Very sad is the fact that the individual swords, cutting weapon, heavy weapons and daggers not really distinguish (or it is not matter anyway because of the difficulty), that is, you decide purely on appearance. Very sad when you consider that around the whole Freigeschalte and acquiring such a wind is made.
The long-range weapons can not be improved to the enlargeable ammunition unfortunately.
That the stores first "buy" must, I find interesting. The ability to color his clothes with "District typical" colors is managed. Hinprogrammiert Half-hearted, however, are the store missions where you have to collect some merchandise to unlock more ammunition, poison improved or new (meaningless) weapons. Since there are only five such missions, this whole system is hardly exhausted and I wonder why you have it operated so much effort ...
The thing with the Assassin colleagues I find, however, again great. It is a pity that you have to just do without in opponents ranging missions to them and they contribute greatly to the underuse of the player. The Assassin can send on missions and earn as gold and merchandise for the player and EP for the assassins. The gold does not matter, because you hardly anything gets even for the most serious emissions (compared to store-revenue), the commodities are also relatively sinnfrei because you only have a couple of shop orders, for which one the stuff also "just so" when Games and chests will open. The EP will be quite well distributed, but the Assassins are leveled up too fast and did not differ in the slightest. They can not be arbitrarily equip how the trailer has made vermten so.
- "Atmosphere": Here's what is missing. Despite the great graphics you do not really feel to the game. May perhaps be that it is quite "superficial" in spite of everything. The individual characters are partially transposed and convince with charm and wit, but everything else is rather "colorless" very nice. The people in the streets are only "extras", more than walking and standing they do not. Even if we put aside an entire train to guards, they run moments later unconcerned about the corpses. Charges to them (or use them even as "pillow case") comes down to a lean spell anything. That which lacks depth, is partially made up with "diary entries" about places and people - unfortunately that is NEN poor compromise.

Multiplayer:
As well the ghosts. I find it absolutely worth playing because it is "something else" is just once, but for more than two or three laps I can not motivate myself. Although the system works well and goes on, but who believed clever hiding and sneaking, is on the wrong track. The Problems:
- Too much depends on luck.
- Players who have not understood the game: These experts either storm it happening or move exclusively over the rooftops, where you can catch them NIE, without being detected.
- Far too "simple": The radar shows the direction and distance to the destination. So if you even have the bad luck and no "Doppelgänger" finds, among which one can mix, one is killed very quickly.
With "Stalking sent" the whole thing has therefore nothing to do with "Skill" also tend to be less. In addition, the time limit of ten minutes per round forces to an offensive approach. The different game modes but again bring some spice to the game.
Conclusion:
I see the series still in the "beta" and full of experiments. All games are / were thought out ... but not until the end. The new features include many interesting ideas, but the act currently still very simple and unfinished. The developer must first get out, "Where are you going".
The stars simply there because AC is still one of the most innovative and interesting games of recent years. Nevertheless, the next game should be much better, at least in terms of balancing and a sophisticated concept ...
