At USB3 connector but is not USB3.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 I connect my PC USB3, it works perfectly without any problems. If I use this dock, the USB3 does not. Besides, it comes with a USB2 cable!
I would put 5 stars for service because the company send me a second product immediately when I reported what I thought was their abnormality. The second product does not work at all, it does not provide enough to charge my phone.
