Have long researched and decided on a cold zone fryer because I wanted to have a swim nothing be consumed in fat. And most importantly, no more plastic around it. For many years, we have made only oven fries and were kind of happy times and sometimes not. Now we know to what we have omitted. On fresh fries from a fryer taste ranges ran nothing. It was simply - delicious! Never again oven fries. The fryer is easy to use and clean. Device I would buy again.
