The cake mix can be incredibly easy to prepare. All ingredients except the water are included. By adhering to the baking instructions, you get a juicy bread with a nice crust, which also tastes delicious. Interestingly, makes tired correct. The bread is light. The taste I would classify it as a slightly spicy. The bread fits alongside sausage and cheese but also sweet spreads. I thought it was very tasty with butter and strawberry jam.
Overall, I would recommend the bread mixture. It is an ideal case of gluten intolerance or Brotteigersatz gewolltem waiver of carbohydrates. Only slightly more favorable the baking mix could be even. :)
A small tip: If you leave the dough rather than an hour to go a whole day, then the bread is slightly drier and goes during baking even more, which also tastes delicious.
