The device comes with a manual in English and French. It is default to an IP address, which usually does not coincide with the set the router's address. This is necessary to configure the device directly via a connection, bypassing the router, between PC and device. Of this but nothing in the manual. For a layman, the device is difficult to install. Therefore away finge.
