On every TV evening the device crashes no less than a dozen times from ("freezes"); the sender can then only change when the meantime briefly separates the receiver from the mains.

In a Multi-Satellite Antenna the receiver most stations found to the less widely used satellite (eg ASTRA 2) only when you call the hotline supplementary instructions has let pass (the manual is here simply erroneous).

The software updates (PC download via USB stick, then the stick on the receiver) could more complicated (and incomplete) not be.

A clear "poor !!"
