Without trying to be ecstatic (and family ties with the author !!!) I think this book is the most interesting of those I have read on food. A subtle blend of history, sociology, food science and revenues; all spiced with humor underlying light but pleasant. Scientific information correctly referenced and therefore proved. The result is superb. Thank you Madam.
