Skechers to run: comparison!

- The "Shape-Ups Go Train" (gray and black mine) are very light shoes with thin soles well designed: effective damping system, low heel (the handshake ground is rather with the middle part of the sole). They are suitable for wide feet in the right front toes: no "tightening" there ...
--- Skechers has varied design patterns and it approaches a sensation "barefoot" while still protecting the foot.

- I also have the Skechers "Shape-Ups Surge" toning (gray mine with yellow soles) offering a kind of curve pillow obliging to stabilize incessantly. Very pleasing to the race (and walking)> ... as they say, a little feeling of walking in the sand. = Good for some sore feet.

- Also the Skechers "Shape-Ups Sonic" - also called "toning" - (blue and black mine) very different, "straight" rather firm soles and rigid. Good shoes for running on rough terrain, rocky ...

--- I am glad of the three pairs that I ordered large: from 47 to 31 cm long have> I sometimes add an insole and it's perfect. According to the desire and the land, I choose the type of "comfort" ...
