I'm no AC "fanatics", have played only Brotherhood, but can say that me has more carried away.
In Revelations I just do the final touch, the icing on the cake in the story that makes me completely forget the world around me, and pulls me completely in my spell.
Perhaps it could be because I do not like the environment. The town is really great and detaillreich designed, one discovers always something new, always finds NEN new tower one wants to climb, always ne new dark alley in which one purely crashes fleeing from the guards.
Graphically, the environment is well done, so what is it that bothers me?
I just can not identify with the "culture" in the game. The oriental flair is certainly implemented great, but I feel it just not well.
If I can, of course, before buying or must know, but I wanted the game still be ne chance because I was awarded Brotherhood.
Well, nagged enough let's go into more on the finer things.
The season is really long. Now I can not specify exact hours, I can assure you, however, that you will have much fun if.
Very varied missions.
Times you have to switch off in the usual manner Assassins an enemy ambush, sometimes you have to fight in the open on a serving battlefield or even a flower seller behind to sneak then flowers for a pretty girl to pick.
Here Never a dull moment on, no job is like another.
The controls are quite simple and goes well out of hand. Here you can see any big changes compared to Brotherhood.
Also climbing / jumping / race runs smoothly, which ever comes up one or the other frustration moment when Ezio depends at a dizzying height of a tower and instead jump to the ledge above him, straight back into death. This should not happen!
The combat system also pleases me very well, you can get your opponent off with many weapons in many different ways. The animations are designed here very creative and good.
Also the creep I think succeeded. You have many opportunities to hide, disguise or otherwise in any way to remain undetected.
All in all a quite successful match, a nice time pastime, and for fans of the series a must buy. Also suitable for AC newbies, since it is a self-contained story, for it is hardly necessary to garkeiner foreknowledge. Those who fancy a Assassinen- / stealth game in Ottoman style, is right here in any case.
However, I personally do not understand all the hype about it. and so I'll be on my rating of 4/5 stars.
Best Regards.
