Customer Review

With their label Ninja Tune and own productions in the 80/90's Jonathan More and Matt Black have been instrumental in the development of modern electronic dance sounds. And just as they cross on their label the styles cheerfully listens to even her album.
From the hip-hop-influenced "True School" (with Roots Manuva) over the Dancehall "Boogieman" or the Guitar meets Hip Hop "Everything Is Under Control" and the ballad "Walk A Mile" have it both all kinds of styles and confusions. And that disturbs permanently. Because for any acts this album to fiddly and overproduced it acts, as it might affect duration. In addition still lacks the killer track that would let all listen attentively.
Sovereign album, sure, but nothing more. As we expected but more.
