The press is very stable and has a high quality. The ground beef Patty can be easily removed from the press, just turn and a few times lightly tapped on the base without water, oil, wax paper or otherwise. The Patty should not be too thin, of course, otherwise it may well be that they stick. I make the bottom always well full, then it fits. And I use only ground beef or beef with 20% lamb, whether beef + pork or pork sticks maybe more I can not say.
Side note: Unfortunately, the burgers on the diameter just a tad bit too small for my taste. The 12cm generate after grilling the perfect size for the small standard rolls (6-pack at the grocery store), for the XL-hamburger buns (which are usually in 4-pack) fragrances press 14-16cm in diameter. But for that there is no point deduction.
