Super Adventure .. Larry is finally back !!!

Leisure Suit Larry - one of my absolute favorite point and click adventure series of all time. Have already played at that time as a child - and not really understood ^^ .. more disappointing were his last two appearances "Magna Cum Laude" (= a minigame collection) and "Box Office Bust" (= an annoying open-world mini-GTA ). More gratifying is this remake of the first part of 1987!

On the disc there is a DRM-free (!) Version for PC (.exe file) and Mac (image file). I myself play it on an iMac 21 "Mid 2011, the current Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) An installation (Mac-like) not necessary Simply push the image in the Applications folder and you are set to go:.. D Directly at the start you have the choice between different resolutions and quality levels - I can do it easily on FullHD (more goes on the 21 "iMac eh not) play and the highest quality level. And it looks great!

The game is in English language (super sync !!) with English subtitles - this can be as well off. The translation is generally well done, with not all 1: 1 has been translated. It shows, for example, the fact that is referenced in Wortwitzgen to US persons who are in this country may well know is difficult. Instead, German (known) names are then used. The cartoon graphics are really top notch and is certainly one of the most fashionable point & click Adventures of the current time!

Basically, it plays like a point needs to be and click adventure. Leisure Suit Larry is a great (!) Adventure. The graphics are great, the English speech is the class that the German translation is good and it plays fine. I have not yet (let me because nice time and visit as much as possible to: D), but am looking forward to the next game session. Buy !!!
