"JE Heartbreak" was published in 2000 and was the second album by the guys from Atlanta. The album was released on So So Def. For this Jagged Edge received twice platinum. "Heartbreak" is from the sales here, the best album of JE. With the "Heartbreak" 1:13 long album begins terrific. A wonderful piano melody you get here to hear addition of soulful vocals. Too bad that this number does not go any longer. "Did She Say" is one of the swifter tracks what lies ahead allendingen at the slightly faster beat. In addition, the melody sounds slightly Asian-breathed. By "He Can not Love U" is the first ballad. Especially the chorus stands out here - beautifully sung! Equally beautiful it goes on. "What You Tryin 'To Do" comes because of the guitar to accompany the singing all the time, therefore, quite loose. The Hook is again big class. The four are simply wonderful singer and belong clearly to the elite of "RnB". Support get Jagged Edge on "Girl Is Mine" by rapper Ja Rule. On the back cover it is not stated, but his voice is simply unmistakable. Somehow hears the number a little pop in, so "Girl Is Mine" is one of the weaker tracks. Another ballad is "Healing," which is even succeeded, but now could not hurt a bit more variety. Many expected the hit single "Let's Get Married" know. From the beginning, here you get nice sounds on the ears, the four to sing just once again fantastic. Rightfully was "Let's Get Married" as a success. Each RnB fan must have just heard this track times. Also worth mentioning is "Can I Get With You", because of this song, joins the ranks of some "faster". A bit langweillig is "Keys to the Range". Because somehow lacking here the final touch, so you really can not describe the track. The chorus is really well done, the melody, however, is a disaster and the beat goes one quickly on your nerves. So an average track, as just mentioned above, the chorus is very good. With "Lace You" follows again a cool number at the end. Even if the song works here somewhat listless, in my opinion. The overall impression of "JE Heartbreak" is good, but still missing the variety (especially the faster tracks are to be found here, not just the best are). 1-2 Rap features more would not hurt. For most ballads are incredibly well done. So up to 1-2 weaker tracks and too little variety a successful work of the guys from Atlanta.
