    Got my Platinum Double Layer bought spontaneously without first to look at the other reviews, luckily my Philips SPD 6105T-run work so far there are no problems with the blanks and the finished DVDŽs on other devices well playable (so far at least);

    I do not know how to get it to release this blank for 8x speed. Measured with QSuite and a BenQ 1650 achieved this blank under any measured speed an acceptable error rate. Even if you make a reliable backup is therefore puts him with only 2.4x speed
