I use this panel to a Canon L 300/4 IS. Here it fits perfectly. On the (original) of the clamps 70-200 / 4 L IS or 100 / 2.8 L IS macro, which have a shorter bearing surface, I find it, however, not so well suited and will continue to use Sirui stand
