First: the cooking pots are of excellent quality. Without limiting 5 Stars. Nothing burns on more, and cleaning is a real pleasure, and wipe it all away. I have them in the color blue, really classy. A bit of jitters I had ever before required use of potholders. As far as I know myself, I expected that I would forget me and burn properly. But that was not the case. I realized in use: no problem at all. You get used to it very quickly, especially to let the handy things very easily pull on the handles. In addition, one has but during cooking always somewhere lying around a towel that you can just as well use. So far I have not yet looked upon me, even though I am an absolute hectic. Sometimes (but that's between us, yes), I prefer in an emergency, if it has to happen very quickly, and the sleeve of my sweater long and use it as a potholder !!
