Great admirer of Arnaldur Indridason I've read all the books, I was delighted to read his latest book. But from the beginning, the author talks about the Icelandic sagas describing legends and the creation of its gods and beliefs, in a bushy style and incomprehensible to non-Nordic peoples. There are names and initials that talk can be Icelanders and Danes but frankly I did not understand. Follows the quest of the "Book of the King" very valuable in the heart of Icelanders Arnaldur Indridason but can not make it important to the reader. Too bad the story could have held me spellbound because I really love the books and the oldest are obviously more valuable. If he had not acted in a book by this author, I would have dropped in the middle of reading the book because frankly, the heroes find themselves or not the king's book, I do not care. I hope that in his next book, the author will make us find Iceland and Icelanders as he knew so well done in previous works
