This little book was purchased at a motorway service area, returning from our vacation, my husband and me. He gave us the trigger necessary to initiate a process of "detoxification". Indeed, I deplored my (small) overweight, but was hampered mainly by the small can of unsightly my stomach, and my husband by a more substantial belly. The author explained that there were stored the bad fats, among other junk, and that roundness works as a full body, affecting the whole body, we have agreed with one accord to practice culinary advice presented, favoring "good" foods to the maximum. Well, the result was not long in coming: three kilos lost for him and me in only 4 days !! new eating habits that we adopt and retain. It really is not about a diet because we do not feel hunger, instead of a food repackaging, to acquire new habits, and races made with more thought and attention. This book is very clear, very well designed, a small guide specific advice, weight loss being a "plus factor". Thank you.
