All the Way to the Sun (Audio CD)

Customer Review

There are things that are simple law. Adamant. Politicians lie, status quo is fair ne troupe, and albums by TNT are horny. So now isses times, and even with the latest output of the Norwegian looks no different from.

There are not many singers who you realize after the first use. There are even fewer guitarists who can also assign non-musicians to the first reef. But there are very few bands where two such exceptional rounder playing together. TNT is a tape. Suppose the grandiose opener "A Fix": The first riff sets in, the first verse is sung, and there is no doubt: Le Tekro, Harnell - TNT "All The Way To The Sun" is now the ninth since the Output 1982 existing Norwegians. And, even though the expectations for the superb predecessor "My Religion" was high, the three times has presented a class album beyond any discussion again.
It create bringing Harnell and colleagues, tradition and modernity harmoniously under one roof. The songs of "All The Way To The Sun" sounds modern and fresh without being hip. They sound traditionally, without frumpy rüberzukommen. But what Le Tekro raushaut at its typical, always easy classically tinged riffs the opening track "A Fix" leaves the common forest and meadows-guitarist fall the pick from his hand. The best part of the disc: "All The Way To The Sun" is a Grower before the Lord an upper-catchy, such as "Lonely Nights" is absent from the latest output.. For this feature songs like "Me And I" (what a chorus!), Or the title song (what a riff!) With outstanding long-term qualities.
In addition to traditional popular songs such as the catchy "Sometimes" or the casual "Driving" test TNT up to date output also occasionally borders from, for example, the outstanding "The Fix". "Black Butterfly" is actually inspired by the very early discs of band. Only the remake of the tearjerker "What A Wonderful World", the Norwegians have better spared a real break in an otherwise consistently high quality album. But okay, my mind who likes it ...
Time for a Conclusion: It ruled out, single out of this album even a single song. Must-have for (hard) rock fans of all stripes and surefire candidate for my year top ten. A very strong disc - but there are just things that are law!
