This book is ideal to complement such a group course. It is very accessible, explicit and make you want to go even further. Alongside reading, the practice of postures quietly at home, allows to assimilate the body position, ask her breathing at the right time and realize that all this can bring us. For me, this book helped me improve my practice of Yoga in a short time and realize ongoing other postures (not detailed in the book) that I found too difficult physically and psychologically.
In short, a book for beginners learning the main postures and sequences, but also a book to have on hand when you practice long and that was a little doubt.
