The Scooba Hard Floor Cleaner is the manufacturer an enzyme cleaner, definitely it smells pleasantly fresh lemon. More pleasant than the alternative specified by the manufacturer, should be cleaned with a vinegar-water mixture. From the cleaning liquid 7-8 ml are required per tankful. So even with the subsequent costs fully in order.
Cleaning:
The Scooba cleans best room by room. I leave the apartment with a robotic vacuum Preclean (I have the Neato XV11, available in Germany only on a well-known auction house, otherwise there's an almost identical Vorwerk model for more money).
It cleans very well, being overwhelmed with hard spots. In such spots one would have but nachkratzen with the mop. So cleaning results okay.
In my shiny and darker tiles in the bathroom but the cleaning result is a vinegar solution (60ml of a water tank - total about 700ml, ie roughly 1:10) better here leaves the Scooba with the original filling light stains. But that may be due to the very hard water with us.
Where he comes (not) go ?:
Even a fairly large room with table, carpet, cabinets and flowerpots he creates - against my skepticism - remarkably well. You have it only run and must not by its logic ("Man, why because now DAA long runs ?!") are restless. He creates so.
