The 2006 as part of MPS - Most Perfect Sound edition - CD released based on the LP published in 1968, and believe it or not while listening, the hi-tech level of these pictures were taken: An incredible presence of the three musicians, crystal clear analytical tone, flawless reproduction of the three instruments - here blurs nothing, everything seems highly concentrated, controlled and balanced and the result is an interplay of the trio, entraining and enthusiastic. The pieces have "That Swing", which makes quiet sitting and standing next to impossible. No. 6 (Who can I turn to) is characterized by high speed and of great virtuosity Petersons. Up-tempo pieces are otherwise not so my case; but here the effect is stunning. Text and photos in the booklet were taken from the LP album on which is inherently more space. The text is certainly very knowledgeable and informative, but was printed scaled such that one can read it only with a magnifying glass. Too bad - here you wanted a more loving design - the CD deserved.
