I am very pleased with the Canon 28-300 L IS USM and again and again amazed at the great performance both in terms of image quality, autofocus speed or image stabilization. I use the lens as always depends on a 5D MkII. There is nothing like flexibility. So you can quickly catch any kind of motive. The often-mentioned compromise in image quality is not particularly great when recording images in RAW and for example with DxO designed so as to leave all the correct lens errors. The lens is just great and can recommend to anyone on a full frame camera. There is no alternative for a superzoom with L-attributes!
