Well, first of all for the better:
The first impression was good, the helmet was Duch a plastic sheet sealed, made a solid, safe and well-made impression. The matt black is good and looks much better in reality than on the numerous pictures on the Internet.
The shape of the helmet is noble and the design really succeeded, so I find.
It clearly falls to discreetly and Casco Activ TC exceeds in terms of appearance as some of what's there to see the cyclists heads.
The vents are very well laid out and I've been better ventilation, as in this Casco Helm experienced in any of my bicycle helmets.
The first time he was trying on the same very good on my head and by fine-tuning by the wheel on the back and the neck strap (the closure of the neck strap is used to, but ok) I could seemingly well adapt it to my skull. Apparently !!!
Well, unfortunately for the worse:
I have the helmet in size L ordered (57-61cm), but unfortunately creates a strong pressure on the forehead and consecutive two annoying, very strong, red marks, even when trying out different settings (where the helmet sits halfway unverrutschbar) which are made possible by the fine-tuning that offers the helmet without a doubt. I pull the strap firmly and turn the wheel until the helmet fits properly, as it was supposed to be to provide optimum safety, the pressure after about half an hour's drive is so strong that I get a slight headache from it. The marks on his forehead, after removing the helmet still visible for about 2 hours.
This, of course, very unpleasant problem only became apparent after the first use and first wearing the helmet and therefore no return was possible because, according to the enclosed information sheet only one of unused helmet can be returned.
Furthermore me a slightly chemical, unpleasant odor is noticeable likely come from the inside of the helmet and also include the inside on the shiny plastic, close the Velcro strip clearly visible traces of abrasion (?) Or adhesive residues (?), Which I unfortunately only noticed now for the first use, but which in no way can come from me. What I learn from this? Exactly: The next time I look at the product cm for cm before I shut the cut labels and a first use dare!
Conclusion: Of course, each head is unique and it does not have any helmet fit. From a product advertised as this, which has yet to really many customization options, but would have expected that I can customize it as far as my skull that I feel no pressure and no strong impressions remain.
It could have been a top hat and I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but the printing problem that unfortunately is noticeable after about 1/2 to 1 STDE. Wearing the helmet is serious for me. Thus, it remains at three stars.
