I Bat out of Hell considered a süperbes album for Wagner operas before my Passion. The above-average long songs like the title track and Paradise by the Dashboard Light are worth listening to every minute of it. The changes within the pieces of different styles and the opulent and bombastic arrangements are truly Wagnerian. And in addition, the great voice of Meat Loaf before his vocal disorder that was then truly sensational and Jim Steinman's ingenious compositions transpose unattainable. But the ballads like Heaven can wait, Two out of Three and For crying out loud are absolute Topsongs and form a good contrast to the previously mentioned two titles and the also very rocky All revved up and You took the words right out of my mouth , Everything after that came by Meat Loaf and comes to be measured on this album and I predict it will not be able to withstand. So this album is an absolute classic in rock history, the most successful debut album in rock history, it was at that time and has remained so to this day.
