I really miss that time to enroll in a course at fixed times, I was seduced by the fact that this book proposed key sessions in hand, and with a progressive level throughout the year. I started it a few weeks ago and I find it well explained; with drawings and photographs, one understands the postures for redo. What is clever is that progress apace without subject themselves to timetables, and that, that's fine with me!
