Detects a wrong router

For me the wrong router is detected on both the Kindle and on the mobile phone. There is no connection to the router. There is always an error message (Could not find WiFi connection are found).
The Wi - Fi connection was available at all times and the router password was correct..
Too bad about the money.
For me, a star is already too much.
