Why so much praise?

If you are interested a little bit of literary output, you have probably heard (although probably in!) This book earlier this year. I must say I am very surprised the enthusiasm of critics (good marketing operation ??) and especially the fact that the publisher attracts readers with a banner referring to the excellent "literary circle of enthusiasts peelings potatoes ".
For my part, I can not say that this novel has me excited! I can not say that he has totally displeased me ..... But what is certain is that I was disappointed in the light of all the rave reviews I've read about it.
I found him a few laps and a lot (too much!) Of photos. Writing does not swept me and I'm not particularly attached myself to the characters that I found very insignificant (and stereotyped). The plot is not very original, completely improbable end but it is still a beautiful story of friendship based on the love of books.
I managed to read it until the end because I was curious to know the outcome but I do not think he will leave me an imperishable memory!
