Anders, yet familiar

An unusual spinoff, which I had initially dismissed for a quick shot of Crystal Dynamics for easy moneymaking. A total misjudgment on my part, as I was to find out later. Because in spite of some breakthroughs with old Serial traditions which are not confined to the new change in perspective is Lara Croft & the Guardian of Light (I shorten it here once on LC & GoL from) the most common mechanisms of a real Tomb Raider (= TR), also when the name TR does not appear in the title game.

The plot of LC & GoL is so unimaginative in his idea / presentation that it is hardly worth about large to report it, but it still interesting for those who:

This heats the discovery engine again somewhat, especially since these tasks not only bring extra points, but also challenge their own responsiveness and power of deduction in a pleasant way.

In terms of technology LC GOL is one of the best download games that I could gamble to date. The levels drown in downright lovely details, nor was spared atmospheric effects and clean animations. Only at very close zooms can be recognized by Lara, Totec and other characters distinct texture weaknesses, since the fixed (and rarely problematic) camera but usually an exclusively wide viewing angle allows, falls the not negative in the actual game play on.
