There are two connection configurations for single connector headsets: one standard industry one side and iPhone / iPad / Lenovo / HTC is l'autre. This fit is good for industry standard headsets.

The iPhone / iPad / Lenovo / HTC you need the Lindy 35518 or the older 35522.
