The early bird was recommended to me by my doctor ... sounds strange but this naturopathic doctor is not least nutrition expert. For me as a gluten allergy sufferers there is no cereal or porridge 'off the shelf' and that's why I'm glad to have found this mixture. Very yummy, and basic one at that! Tastes already well with water, with almond milk even better. Is highly digestible and lightens the mood. Only briefly boil and let them go. I then cut into even an apple and sweet with a little maple syrup. One point deduction for the high price. I'm going to eventually produce this mixture itself, for a fraction of the cost.
