Sad update performance, sad Support

Since purchasing the upgrade is not running around. My attempts to get over MyDrive changes in the map have failed. Support queries were answered as follows:

"Turn your WiFi off and you connect via LAN to the Internet." -> Do not go yet.
"Do not go with the Fritz box to the Internet." - Not> Goes anyway.
"You make sure that you apply the updates only with a 6,000 points line." -> I go to the office, still does not.
"Turn off the firewall." -> If not, firewall can not be turned off.
"Yes we can not help you." This works out.
