This is now the third toothbrush of this series, the reliable after 1.5 years is broken. Including use of the guarantee to get to the device so 3 years away. Last time we have decided on the basis of extant (expensive) brush heads, but to buy this unit again. Now this is also broken and goes back to warranty.
