My DiamondClean yielded good cleaning results - no question. But unfortunately made - despite appropriate use - the battery fairly quickly limp. I sent the toothbrush to the competent Philips Consumer Care Center, in the hope that I will be helped more quickly before the summer holidays, but ... Wrong! The acceptance of the consignment was refused. That's never happened to me in all the years that I now use electric toothbrushes, and I think in the future it is then again a toothbrush to the competitor with the "O" in its brand name. Because there is the customers helped quickly and easily. The Philips Customer, however, is simply not tolerable for toothbrushes this price range!
