A great game with a great storyline reissued, which I wished and get me. Even though I had just in the real-time models (not to render videos) of the characters still hoped for better textures ...
The only real drawback in my opinion is the control, particularly with regard to timing. The delay, which presumably through the HDMI cable into existence and the wireless connection of the controller comes, can be felt in the ecstasy techniques of Tidus and the lightning Dodge in the Thundering Steppes. In the latter case especially painful. Even with taking advantage of the old glitch, which was transferred to the new version, this is a frustrating waiting game, I will (and so incl. FFX-2) address until the very end of the entire content in order to get the full trophies.
Otherwise, you have a long time fun with this almost retro game. If there were new Cut sequences, as they are to me so far (airship freely available) not noticed, but probably it's just been too long since I've played the PS2 version.
