Soundbar and subwoofer are correctly packaged. However, what auffiel- equal and for me always a nuisance actual the lousy quality of the supplied cable, the HDMI and optical cables should better dispose of the same. For me incomprehensible how a relatively high-priced investment enclose such a scrap.
Immediate positive note, falling on the design and quality of the sound bar. Truly a gem. Ultra flat, one might almost say fragile beautiful,
squeaky clean processed and easy to look beautiful. The subwoofer is the to nothing. Very well made, relatively heavy and placeable due to its slim profile, even under the bed.
Fiddly (and design) due) but the attachment of the cable in the existing sufficient connectivity. Since such are the moments where I got rid certainly many a curse. I lean hands. But the insertion of the Micro HDMI is a real challenge.
Then finally the big moment. Everything properly wired, TV on, Soundbar to.
And a wow effect. Crystal-clear sound in TV mode, the subwoofer still more or less in the background but a presence. Here already an improvement on the old system. Very good sound, certainly spreading in space, but not space-filling.
Now I wanted to know: Blue Ray inlaid with Expendables. Take a deep breath.
Really strong sound. You sit seemingly in the middle and surrounded by noise. Explosions left and right, airplane flying over a time. The subwoofer delivers a bass frequency response. Very impressive.
What this Soundbar also can not, however, and there should be no illusions: You sit formally part of the action, but the sound from the rear there also here only partially. As well as ...
So also here, please do not expect a replacement for a 7.1 system. For Soundbar but therefore the best that I have heard so far.
I'll definitely keep. Point deduction for really fiddly wiring and underground quality of the supplied cable.
Small note yet. I had the same even bought a Blue Ray player (as written above I had previously completely)
The brand new LG BP440 had permanent skip. I can not say what it was. Could imagine an incompatibility with Micro HDMI to me.
To test film sound I had joined my good old Playstation 3. The worked flawlessly with the results described above.
