Eyes tear out - Poor service

As written here several times in the reviews, the eyes are good, unfortunately, nothing.
The substance is on the hole although already twice, but tear the eyelets.
The wafer-thin material without Umsäumung which is not surprising on closer inspection when uprooted eye.
There is an urgent need to establish a reinforcement.

So the one point to the other. That was my first and last items of this manufacturer. So bad service I did not expect
