I read investigations of Inspector Wallander since the beginning of the series (in chronological order stories and not in the order of publication in France ...) and "The lone warrior" appears to me as the most taking for now. The gory and horrible crimes give a new tone to the novels more "nice" before. Wallander's personal life is not less interesting: it attaches quickly to this character. The outcome and the discovery of the culprit himself in the pages are exciting. Deeply the next survey in "The Fifth Woman".
