Truly Noire mood

A short statement:
Absolutely disappointing as I can not even start the game. Over the first LA Noire Neon lettering looks not. It just happens simply and nothing more, no start, no error message - nothing!
Tried all the tricks, running via Steam, Social Club re-install in separate folders, game re-install, patch manually deleted or in-game, virus programs ... everything! And then: nothing works.
Mieses Example of Game Downloader, Media-Markt "version" works just fine.
