I discovered Marian Keyes with "Sushi for beginners". In true romantic, I like the aspect of "girly" lovey-dovey but not his style. In Last Chance Saloon, we discover the characters and their story. The characters are all portrayed their best making normal but also endearing. I re-covered the book several times before starting another. Some scenes are really fun to read or reread. And romance in this book do not self-evident and does not encourage looking up to heaven, as may be the case when all is sewn with white thread. Often the authors believe that "happy end" means everyone loves and marries in the end. In this book the way we wonder what will happen and the end is realistic and enjoyable. A very pleasant and interesting reading.
