End customer as a tester?

I have the iCord Cable gained as a replacement for my Technisat HD K2, because I wanted to access libraries.

Option buttons for Sky not function.
The last two points are to be improved in Q1 or Q2 2012 via an update. Who knows Humax and the service, know that you can adapt to the end of Q2.

If a film of the internal hard disk moved to an external, the film is available only in stereo, but not in Dolby Digital. Humax alone knows why.
Maxdome is my opinion on the Humax slower than, for example. on my Samsung Blu-ray player. It takes forever until the film is "loaded" and starts.

There is a receiver advertised (tvtv, use in all cable networks, Sky Option keys) that are simply not possible or faulty and incomplete.

After yes at the last update more errors were recorded as Corrections, now everything works fine.
Humax has managed to easily update.
Hereby I can give a buy recommendation.
Why do I still forgive not 5 stars? The customer service from Humax is an absolute disaster.
A little tip to all those who can no longer put in standby the receiver since the official update:

Menu -> Settings -> System -> IP EPG -> update time -> desired time

Turn remote programming please Menu -> Settings -> System -> Setting a remote programming.

Please leave the unit for at least 30 minutes in standby.

If necessary, you should reset the receiver off to the factory default value. Menu -> Settings -> Installation ("0000") -> factory default

For me it has helped. The only question is, why not publish the Humax .....
Nevertheless, I am now satisfied.
