The Comfort Curve Keyboard advertises its ergonomic design. The keys are slightly wavy. Towards the center, the keyboard increases, so that the hands come at a slight angle to lie about it.
The keyboard cable attached and has a USB port. When you first connect to my Windows 7 computer it was detected after about 1/2 minute. Drivers are not required.
I have tried several times ergonomic keyboards, but I am never come as four-finger self-taught thus cope. My tip unorthodox technique failed regularly to the arrangement in two separate keypads (such as the Ergonomic Keyboard 4000). The Comfort Curve Keykoard makes a pleasant exception. The keys are arranged as consistent with a normal keyboard, so that self-taught with no knowledge of touch typing writing thus cope.
The keyboard is black, the housing shiny, almost like piano lacquer. Nevertheless, it is relatively insensitive to grease fingers. By waveform makes the keyboard a very dainty and chic impression. I like the design of the keyboard very well.
Fold-out feet to tilt the keyboard are design-related non-existent and probably unnecessary.
The keys are rather dull and kept legible. They have a good pressure point and make a durable impression.
The arrangement of the keys is kept as a normal keyboard ... if there were not exceptions. Here we come to some disturbing trifles. The Caps Lock key (caps lock) is slightly lower than on other keyboards, so I often accidentally catch. Worse, the Delete key is twice as big as normal. The Insert key is for it instead of the Print Screen key. Since I like to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Ins, problems are inevitable.
The warning lights for keypad, Caps Lock, and roles are below the numeric keypad. I find that to be very used to. Above the number pad, I have the lights better in sight.
In addition, the keyboard has four so-called media buttons that started with those of the calculator and the media player can be operated (start / pause, volume). The keys were immediately recognized.
We come to the main part of the bootleg: Is the keyboard ergonomically? I use the keyboard now for about 4 weeks and have the feeling that me writing something much less strained. My forearms seem to be more relaxed. It is well worth a test in each case.
