I have long wanted to do my cable behind my desk and at other points in my apartment invisible. Unfortunately, the first cable boxes were very expensive and so now I had the Hama just right. This I have acquired in Mini and Maxi to an acceptable (though still much too expensive) price. Here is the mini version. The cable box was delivered quickly and was well packaged. The cable box itself is relatively stable, the more cover the box itself a little less. On the cover is the word "Hama". Below the box has four small round rubber feet so that they can not slip on smooth surfaces. On the sides it has ever has a slot to perform the cable here. The lid can be taken off well and then put back. Inside there is only empty space and nothing else. Here one can therefore accommodate socket strips and cable. However, it is essential to understand the size of the interior. Values are what in the specification are well on the external dimensions, and only further down are the interior. For me, unfortunately, lacked 0.5mm, so I had to get another power strip, because they did not fit. So I have the following values in some measure (s): approximately 11.3 cm wide, about 11.2 cm high and 23.1 cm long. The cable slot is wider at the top than the bottom. Above about 2.3 cm and about 1.8 cm below. More can not be said to have actually. The surface is not quite as sensitive, so be careful that it is not scratched. What I'm missing, that is ventilation, because power supplies but can be quite warm and since only the two slots, which are indeed possibly already filled with cables remain. If you've made it the cable to stow all sees the box of appealing and in most cases much better than the naked power strip. In addition, it has the advantage that while dusting just wiping ranges and then the box is clean again. The socket I had to suck every time laboriously. So from my side, I can recommend the cable box for sale.
