Well, a mixture of paprika / chillies, salt and especially the flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate. When I cook myself, then I would like to have just no chemistry in food. I do not understand how something like that nowadays can still sell and buy let the then use in your own kitchen. Anyone can cook who needs no glutamate!
