Unfortunately, a year my copy to the day given up the ghost after purchase (the station refused to work and called for descaling, but just seemed to stop working). Philips are fortunately two-year warranty; the settlement worked out first without problems and after little more than two weeks the unit was back. The descaling went back - it was now the tank leak, which was apparently kaputtrepariert ... So all sent back. Now must be concerned apparently a spare part. Somewhere under the line is the ironing system is now six weeks away, and when she comes back can / will not tell me.
Conclusion: The ironing system has earned 5 stars. The repair service in my eyes just one (well, two because the ladies on the phone really are very very friendly ...).
